IT Procurement specialist

Location:
Remote


Salary:
£43,205 with a 15% bonus.

Working hours:
Monday to Friday 8 until 4:30pm
Dynamite recruitment is currently working in partnership with a very well-established business based in Eastleigh.
As an IT Procurement specialist, you will be responsible for building new relationships with stakeholders and contract negotiation.

Your key duties will include the following:

  • Creating and implementing procurement policies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Negotiating to achieve the best costs but also receiving the top quality.
  • Undertake market analysis.
  • Leading tender processes.
  • Implement changes to improve money lost and time wasting.
  • Work closely with heads of department and senior leadership team.
  • Work internally to resolve suppliers' queries.
  • Manage the daytoday procurement activities.
  • Drive competitive pricing.
  • Procurement of IT equipment.
  • Strong commercial skills.
  • Proven negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prioritise.
  • Excellent supplier relationship management.
  • Ability to work under own initiative.
  • Excellent organisation skills.
