Clinical support and supervision are available for all staff.

To be a clinical expert and senior clinician in the field of Primary Care advancing practice

To work with the PCN Lead and wider team to continually improve the quality of care provided including the continuation of the service improvement to demonstrate better outcomes for our patients

To contribute significantly to all developments and pathways associated with primary care.

Able to work at an advanced and autonomous level within admission / rapid response and care homes

To demonstrate research and critical appraisal skills.

Critically analyse evaluate and synthesise research, publications, recommendations of professional bodies, specialist societies and developments within the field of Primary Care and ensure that this is reflected in clinical care and where appropriate recommendations are implemented.

As a trust we fully support flexible working and part time workers, which can be factored into your working pattern.

Within our servcies we operate a 7 day service 8am-8pm, we take it in turns to contribute to weekend working and 8pm finishes.
