Hours: 40hours/week. Monday to Friday 9:30 am - 6:30 pm (8 hours per day, lunchtime excluded).

Equipment:
Every Marc & Partners' team member is provided with last generation business phone and laptop.

Expenses:
every job-related expense is fully refunded (e.g., travel expenses to visit the properties).

Performance-based reward system: every three months each employee has the possibility to discuss with the Manager their role.


This includes the possibility of a periodic salary increment and reassignment to a new role-based on personal preferences and skills.

Holidays: 28 days per annum (including Bank Holidays)


The objective of this role is to monitor all the necessary steps so that our properties are looked after and managed at the highest-standard.

In this role, you will learn how to enhance your property management by providing excellent support to our team.

You will take your first steps in lettings by

  • Property Maintenance
  • Preparing letters and reports
  • Supporting with queries, tenancy issues and enquires the existing tenants
  • Offering an efficient, proactive, and high level of customer service to the clients
  • Liaising with Landlords and Tenants for all documents
  • Arrange Gas and Electric Certificates
  • Managing databases
  • Dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries
  • Keeping the landlords informed on repair status
  • Negotiating renewals
  • Taking care of Section 21 and 8


This list of duties is not exhaustive, and the post holder may be asked to carry out other duties through discussion with the line manager.

Salary £ £30000 based on years of experience
