Our client is a boutique manufacturing business operating in the luxury market. They have gone from strength to strength over the last 3 years and are in huge growth. They are a fantastic business to work for offering amazing products to the health & wellbeing sector.


Due to their continued growth they are looking for a Sales Director to head up their team and manage national accounts.

You will be commercially focused running & leading the team to success. Initially looking to lead the UK in time you will be leading the global sales as well.


Culture is of paramount importance here and you will have to be hands on, leading by example and getting the best out of people.

You will be leading negotiations for national accounts in the wellness sector including gyms and spas.


Teamwise you will be responsible to coaching and developing, understanding the gaps in knowledge and working hard to overcome these and well as reviewing team needs and understanding where there needs to be more headcount and recruiting/training these as well.


You will be target driven and have a new business number to work to and will be responsible for setting the budget/forecasts as well as ensuring your team are hitting their KPI's.


About you:


  • Background in wellness ideally could be gyms/hot tubs/spas
  • Experience of working with high ticket items
  • Story telling approach to sales
  • B2B focused
  • Successful sales leadership
  • Ideally global sales experience
  • Commercially aware
  • Experience of leading national accounts & dealing with multiple decision makers

£65,000.00-£85,000.00 per year
