Experienced Researcher for Leading Executive Search Agency

About the Client


Our client is a top-tier executive search agency specializing in the Public Sector across three core business areas: Education, Government, and NHS/Healthcare.

They offer a
hybrid work model, allowing their team to
work 2 days per week in the office and 3 days remotely.


Position:
Research Associate

Location:
Central London (Hybrid Work Model)


Working Hours:
Standard hours are 37.5 per week, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday


Responsibilities:


  • Deliver assignments dealing with digital transformation within Education, Government, and NHS/Healthcare sectors.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or higher with excellent academic credentials.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience within executive search.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:


  • Competitive salary

Salary:
£24,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
