A leading, global law firm with a strong focus on utilising the latest technology is looking for a talented Business Development Coordinator to join their Plus team.

The plus team is the firm's international network of third-party law firms operating injurisdictions where the firm doesn't practice local law.

The firm supports their clients in these jurisdictions through their global network of preferred local counsel and 20 regional Steering Groups.

The plus programme has recently been revamped and thisrole focuses on strengthening these relationships worldwide If you have a passion for Marketing and Business Development and an energetic, creative and global mindset this could be the role for you

What you'll do The main duties and responsibilities for the role are as follows:

  • Supporting the planning, execution, and implementation of the MBD plan for the firms Plus network.
  • Providing support to the Pitch team on multijurisdictional Plus pitches, bids and tenders and maintaining specific credentials in Loopio, our pitch and BD content management system.
  • Facilitate crossselling opportunities with other appropriate practice/sector/country teams.
  • Leading on the Legal 500 and Chambers submissions for the international steering groups and preparing agendas and presentations for international steering group meetings.
  • Supporting key international events and conferences.
  • Producing excellent and uptodate marketing materials (e.g. brochures, flyers, internal communications etc) as well as research on third party law firms, other multipliers, prospects and clients and ensuring effective followup takes place.
  • Supporting the firm's mechanisms for tracking, quantifying, and reporting the inbound and outbound revenues associated with our relationships.
  • Ensuring that outcomes from initiatives are monitored and pursued effectively.
About You

  • You will have experience with business development, sales or client account management in a professional environment, including experience in dealing with management and key stakeholders.
  • You will have enthusiasm about this unique role and working with our team to develop a more salesfocused culture within the BD team.
  • You will have commercial awareness and an interest in hot topics and industry trends.
  • You will have a positive and flexible attitude.
  • You will have the ability to deliver against competing priorities, demonstrating strong project management and organisational skills
