THE COMPANY
Our client is a leading online tour operator based in the UK, selling holidays nationwide.

THE ROLE
Our client is looking for a Senior CRM Executive to join their team as a brand new role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the Head of Marketing to build a CRM Strategy to further understand customer segments, journeys and insight.
  • Utilise data, profiling and segmentation to champion the customer and build a deeper understanding.
  • Collaborate with the Data and Insight Analyst to develop the deeper understanding whilst working with the Head of Marketing to source new ways to build insight.
  • Work to agreed processes and SLAs to deliver flawless campaign execution.
  • Deliver marketing against agreed tone of voice and brand guidelines.
  • Develop reports on consumer insights, content and performance through Google Analytics.
  • Research competitors and parallel sector brands to inspire new ideas.
  • Develop and manage the CRM Executive and Marketing Assistant.

THE PERSON

Key skills, experience and qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in CRM marketing is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of key marketing principles; consumer needs and journey, user experience and target audience.
  • Key experience with A/B testing.
  • Previous experience of horizon scanning to identify opportunities and implementing them within customer segment strategy.
  • Key insight into creative propositions, writing sharp creative and message briefs.
  • Ability to analyse and understand data.
  • Proficient in Office and Google Analytics.
  • Essential experience with multichannel campaigns.
  • Previous experience of managing, building and deploying activity through Emarsys.
