About us:

Ayan Capital is an Islamic FinTech startup that provides Electric Vehicle finance for Uber drivers and aims to expand into other Islamic financial services in the UK.

Ayan was founded by Alifians, a team of over 1100 people with 2 million clients and a market-leading digital bank and fintech group in Central Asia.

As a Sales/Underwriting Officer, you will directly engage with clients, understanding their needs, and assessing affordability and credit risks. This role is perfect for someone with a background in car finance and/or sales.


Responsibilities:


1.

Client relationship management and sales support:

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients through effective communication and understanding of their financial needs.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance on Islamic vehicle finance options offered by Ayan Capital.
• Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales and underwriting processes.
• Assist clients in completing necessary documentation and facilitate a smooth transition from inquiry to the approval and disbursement stages.
• Analyze clients' affordability and financial situations to tailor financing solutions that align with their requirements.
• Contribute insights for continuous improvement in processes and customer satisfaction.

2. Product suitability evaluation and risk assessment

• Evaluate the suitability of Ayan Capital's Islamic vehicle finance products for clients based on their financial profiles.
• Provide clear explanations of product features and benefits, ensuring clients have a comprehensive understanding.
• Conduct credit risk assessments to determine the creditworthiness of clients.
• Utilize established criteria to assess and mitigate potential risks associated with vehicle finance transactions.

Qualifications:

Experience: 3-5 years in either car finance and/or car sales.

Skills: Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

Values: Commitment to Islamic financial practices and a willingness to engage in continuous learning.


Application Process:


Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday
