Description

We are seeking a property assistant to work in and around Wolverhampton to view properties and meet landlords/tenants and buyers.

You are paid £25 per session.

We are an online business and we employ staff to work remotely.

To meet landlords and sellers to be able to discuss their property
To take down particulars such as room descriptions, photos, description
To show prospective tenants and buyers around
To help make a judgement in choosing prospective tenants
To carry out inspections
To make checks on maintenance and risks
To complete reports as necessary
To have the confidence to be independent and work alone
To have your own car
To handle keys and documents
You must have a smart and professional appearance
You must have a good command of the English language in both verbal and written format.

You are paid £25 per session.
We will pay fuel and expenses

Wages are paid weekly according to hours undertaken
You need to be able to think on your feet and problem solve

Job Types:
