_We are recruiting a sale's driven Wedding and Events Coordinator_
Birchwood Park Golf and Country Club is part of the Burhill Group Limited (BGL), a privately owned company by members of the Guinness family.
Over many years and a multimillion-pound investment Birchwood Park is now the go to venue for weddings and celebrations in the Dartford area, the Club has multiple suites with capacities of up to 250 seated.
We are keen to recruit either seasoned professionals or motivated salespeople at the beginning of their career in hospitality sales, you will be joining a team of three other Sales Executives who are supportive and committed to delivering the properties sales goals.

Overview of Role
This full-time role will include sales and coordination of weddings, functions, group golf and memberships.
Based in the sales office you will be responsible for the customer sales journey from initial enquiry be that via online or telephone, through to the day of the event.
We are looking for someone who is passionate in delivering sales results whilst maintaining excellent customer service in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Experience of working in sales within the hospitality sector is preferred, but an outgoing, results driven individual with a passion for sales and service is key.
You will need to be effective communicator, well presented, with a strong desire to succeed, all attributes that will support your success.
- Handling customer sales enquiries from start to finish.
- Be proactive with outreach and can turn leads into genuine prospects through personability, rapport and sound need's analysis.
- Contributing to reaching and exceeding the monthly and annual events and membership targets.
- Working to retain members through quality service and positive communication and engagement.
- Proactive planning and delivering effective lead generation.
- Manage and maintain data on our CRM.
- Conduct property tours, tailored to the prospect's needs.
- Contributing to the marketing planner for the business with scope to implement your own ideas.
Salary:
£24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
