Allsecure Services Ltd in Grantham is looking for a Business Administrator apprentice.

The business administrator role will be at the heart of the business, working with the internal team, customer, and suppliers.

This opportunity will allow you to gain valuable experience and develop a career whist studying towards a recognized qualification.

Allsecure Services Ltd has over 30 years of experience providing a wide range of security services to residential customers and Businesses, installing and maintaining Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, Access Control, CCTV and Fire Extinguishers.

We use the latest security and fire safety equipment and are SSAIB Approved.


Responsibilities:

• The booking of service/maintenance and call out visits to customers.
• Answering the telephone.
• Keeping engineers' calendars up to date.
• Ordering of equipment.
• Maintaining customer database.
• Customer queries.
• Taking customer payments.
• Producing sales invoices
• Compiling purchase orders.
• Dealing with purchase invoices.

Skills:

• Competent with IT.
• Organised and methodical.
• Trustworthy and reliable.
• Accurate with an eye for detail.
• Able to use own initiative and solve problems.
• Knowledge of the area.

Qualifications

• GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4/C or above) essential.
• GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4/C or above) essential.

Job Types:
Full-time, Apprenticeship


Salary:
£6.40 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
