Our client is a Housing Association in Glasgow, they are seeking a temporary Maintenance Administrator to help liaise with Tenants and provide day-to-day co-ordination of maintenance activities.

You will speak with Tenants on a daily basis, taking details from them, and then liaise with Maintenance Staff and Contractors to help resolve maintenance problems and meet expectations of the Tenants.

and objectives. Due to the regular Tenant communications, you will help plan the daily activities, for the maintenance team.

You will also involve yourself with administrative tasks such as update databases, job records, and work closely with colleagues in different departments.
