£400-450/day depending on experience

Infrastructure Project Manager required by Publishing leader to manage a phone system upgrade from Cisco to a probable mix of Teams and a call-centre solution (eg LuWare).

A third party will manage the design and implementation. You role will be to coordinate internally with the business and the third party. You will ensure that a disciplined approach is followed, whilst managing the communications, deliverables and documentation.


Required skills:

  • Previous PM experience on a telephony project.
  • Woked with external suppliers.
  • Ability to coordinate across different parties.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
