ABC Teachers are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to work with Secondary Schools in Selly Oak and the surrounding areas on a supply basis.

About the role:

The successful Cover Supervisor will be booked out in advance of any booking but, when this isn't possible you must be available to answer the phone from 7:00am so that you can be offered work for the day.

No planning, marking or assessment you will be provided with preset work.
Supervising an average class size in the absence of a teacher.
Flexible accommodating hours.

About you:

Have a passion for working with children

Good behaviour management

Able to obtain suitable references and a valid DBS check*Minimum of 5 days experience working in sole charge of a group of children, that we can reference within the last 10 years
- *All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service._
