What does the role involve?


In this role your main purpose will be ensuring all operational billing is accurate, on time, and produced in accordance with the correct authorisation processes.

As a wider team, you'll be cross-trained and will work together to share your knowledge of the customer and business operations.


Attendance of the Trowbridge office will be required for the first 4 weeks to ensure for robust training and to allow you to get to grips with the ethos of Novuna and how we work. Following initial training, the role will then adapt a hybrid approach with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.

Some of your key duties will include:

  • Ensuring the correct billing processes are followed for each customer
  • Validate any discrepancies are handled at First Point of Contact wherever possible
  • Utilising your skills with supplier engagement and management
What are we looking for?

Your exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong resilient spring is what we are most interested to see. You're looking for a role that will challenge you with variety whilst operating in a supportive team environment.

Also, we're looking for the following:

  • You are an advocate for positive customer service and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be task focussed with a keen eye for detail
  • IT literate, with a strong experience of Excel based tasks
  • Collective team player who collborates well with internal stakeholders
