Part time Credit Controller responsibilities include:
- Proactively managing customer accounts
- Chasing outstanding payments to maximise cash collection
- Setting up new customer accounts including credit checking
- Successfully resolve outstanding queries
- Reconcile bank and customer accounts
- Liaise with debt collection agencies when required
- Processing and allocating receipts
- Previous experience in a credit control/sales ledger position
- Keen eye for detail with excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Must be IT literate including in Excel
