Description

My client is an East Kent based School looking to recruit an HR Manager to the Senior Support Team.

The role is a broad, operational hands on role, where, with the support of an HR advisor, you will take responsibility for the ensuring a best in class HR service is offered to the School, imparting advice and support to a variety of staff and leading on arange of HR issues.

Main Duties include:

Work with internal and external contacts to effectively manage ER casework
Develop a recruitment and retention strategy for future workforce planning
Reviewing pay and reward strategies
Proactively support managers with HR workshops, training and development
Manage and mentor the small HR team
Work with the SLT for HR involvement on specific project
