Barna Shields are pleased to be recruiting for an Administrator on behalf of our client based in the Southampton City area.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the enrolment team with the increasing administrative workload.
- Communicate with customers and clients via telephone.
- Inbox management.
- Ensure records and documents are up to date, accurately recorded, and compliant with company guidelines.
About you:
- Strong and demonstratable admin and customer service skills
- Excellent telephone manner and confident communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and show initiative.
- Flexible and able to travel to different sites; must be a car driver.
Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months
Salary:
£12.50 per hour
