As an Endorphins' Support Worker, you will be supporting our clients to develop a range of essential life skills in community settings.
This sees us providing dedicating 1-1 support that meet client interests such as visiting local community attractions to build confidence, communication and social skills to support future independence whilst giving parents and carers a break from their caring responsibilities.
We are looking for people who are caring, supportive and passionate about providing a high level of care and support to vulnerable people, maintaining dignity and respect at all times.
Previous experience in the Care Industry would be welcome, and full training will be given which will also include 'shadowing' an experienced support worker.
