Description

The Endorphins Group is renowned for delivering inspirational and transformational experiences that make a positive difference to the lives of our customers.

We're on a mission to help even more people across the UK to be healthier and happier. If you want to make a positive difference then we'd love to hear from you.

As an Endorphins' Support Worker, you will be supporting our clients to develop a range of essential life skills in community settings.

You will be working with vulnerable children with learning difficulties and disabilities, sensory impairments, who require one-to-one support. As an organisation we're committed to providing first class care standards that positively support our clients.

This sees us providing dedicating 1-1 support that meet client interests such as visiting local community attractions to build confidence, communication and social skills to support future independence whilst giving parents and carers a break from their caring responsibilities.

We are looking for people who are caring, supportive and passionate about providing a high level of care and support to vulnerable people, maintaining dignity and respect at all times.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and an empathetic approach are essential.

Previous experience in the Care Industry would be welcome, and full training will be given which will also include 'shadowing' an experienced support worker.

Mileage is paid at 45p per mile.
