Description

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and personable individual to provide administrative support and diary management in a fast paced environment to 6 busy Directors.


This role will see you working autonomously, whilst also working closely with the Business Support team and getting involved with lots of different areas of the business.


Requirements:


  • Experience working as a PA to multiple directors in a fast paced and demanding role
  • Previous experience in general administrative support including preparing letters, formatting documents, filing, archiving, photocopying, shredding, organising couriers
  • Demonstrable history of arranging meetings and monitoring changes in fast moving diaries, addressing any clashes promptly
  • Knowledge of Dealing with confidential information and understanding how and when to use discretion

Qualifications/Skills

  • Advanced understanding of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Organised with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive, open and approachable personality
  • Team player who is highly collaborative and can work with different departments
  • Able to take initiative when working independently
  • Proactive attitude and willing to help the business support team function effectively
