Business Support - London, United Kingdom - The Office Group
Description
We are looking for a proactive, organised, and personable individual to provide administrative support and diary management in a fast paced environment to 6 busy Directors.
This role will see you working autonomously, whilst also working closely with the Business Support team and getting involved with lots of different areas of the business.
Requirements:
- Experience working as a PA to multiple directors in a fast paced and demanding role
- Previous experience in general administrative support including preparing letters, formatting documents, filing, archiving, photocopying, shredding, organising couriers
- Demonstrable history of arranging meetings and monitoring changes in fast moving diaries, addressing any clashes promptly
- Knowledge of Dealing with confidential information and understanding how and when to use discretion
Qualifications/Skills
- Advanced understanding of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Organised with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, open and approachable personality
- Team player who is highly collaborative and can work with different departments
- Able to take initiative when working independently
- Proactive attitude and willing to help the business support team function effectively
