JasperRose are partnering with a leading construction equipment hire company, who are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their team in Central London (hybrid, 1 day in the office).

Working for this up-and-coming UK company, this is a newly created role as a result of growth, with a clear career path for the next 2-3 years.

You will be working in the accounts payable team and will report into the Accounts Payable Team Lead.

In this role you will be responsible for the accurate and timely managing of the operating system, ensuring completeness and compliance across documents related to sales.

Responsibilities will include:

Taking ownership for supplier accounts
Managing queries with suppliers
Supplier statement reconciliations
Being a part of their fourtofiveday month end processes
Carrying out payment for certain suppliers up front
Adhoc finance duties
