We are looking for an organised and committed SENCo, to join our team here at Wells Academy.

The Role:


An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen for a confident and dedicated SEND specialist to play a pivotal role leading, developing and supporting practice for pupils with SEND within our Academy.


The successful SENCo will ensure access to the curriculum for all pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities within the academy and will be responsible for the effective co-ordination and identification of need, appropriate intervention and mentoring.

You will also monitor and evaluate the impact of the interventions for all pupils requiring additional support. You will lead in the development of the curriculum and teaching and learning within the department.
