This Senior Administrator role will support the Financial Advisors and Operations team to ensure the smooth running of business support functions.

You will be processing new business and managing client transfers while always providing the best possiblecustomer service.


Client Details
Our client is a national Wealth Management organisation with offices all over the UK. They are now looking for an Administrator to join their busy office in Bath.


Description
The key duties and responsibilities of this Senior Administrator role are

  • Keeping the Client and Wealth Client Executive regularly updated on the progress of outstanding transactions and managing any technical queries.
  • Updating client platform account records accurately in line with company processes
  • Work as part of the team to develop processes, create new guidance documents and provide feedback through testing new ways of working.
  • Liaise with product providers to progress all submissions including, but not limited to, client transfers and obtain fees information
  • Maintain client records and update client information on back office systems to keep an effective audit trail.
  • Willing to undertake exams towards becoming diploma qualified in Financial Services.

Profile
The skills and experience required for this Senior Administrator role include

  • Proven experience in an Administrative job (preferably within professional services)
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly with MS Packages
  • Organisational skills, flexible and proactive approach to getting the job done.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal communication.
  • Desire to learn and build skills and ability through Personal Development Plan.
