Prospectus is pleased to be partnering an inspiring organisation, aiming to tackle homelessness through training, housing and onwards opportunities Their unique model focusses on every aspect of coffee making; from green beans and roasting through to latteart and customer service.

They aim to equip their trainees with the skills knowledge and experience they need to start a new career, and through this secure a place to live.

They are now recruiting for a Support Officer to join their team, initially on a temporarybasis for 3 months.

As a Support Officer you will be managed by the Head of Support and work closely alongside the Recruitment, Employment and Retail teams.

You will be responsible for assisting with implementing the support program and support with the onboarding of new homelessbaristas, meeting and supporting them in the workplace and assisting with their onwards journey towards employability and becoming 'ready-to-work.' This will include Mental wellbeing sessions, teaching Life-skills, liaising and advocating with external services,and supporting trainees to access appropriate external support services.

Please note this is a full-time role (however part time will be considered, minimum 3 days). Working 40 hours per week, Monday

Please also note, travel is expected across the services (not expensed). However, a main location will be assigned either in Peckham, Stratford or Euston to reduce travel costs.
