Vibe Recruit are looking for
Call Handlers/Operators to work with our successful and well-known client who are a 24/7 specialist outsourced Contact Centre business.

Daily responsibilities of this role include:

Offering callers support and advice
Handling enquiries
Answering incoming calls and managing an inbox
Performing administrative functions
Updating online accounts
Processing caller correspondence

Working Hours

Monday to Friday

You will be required to follow a shift pattern consisting of alternating hours anytime between 8am - 8pm. Shift rotas will be released 3/4 weeks in advance and there is slight flexibility.

1 Saturday in every 3 is also required to be worked with 1 weekday off in lieu.

Pay Rate:
£10.78 per hour.

We are holding weekly induction sessions and we have start dates available for the beginning of December and January. This role is available on a
temporary to permanent contract following a successful 12-week probation period.
