Contracts Coordinator - Remote, United Kingdom - Tribal Group
Description
At Tribal our Education Services teams have a proven track record of partnering with the Department for Education (DfE) to deliver well respected and impactful programs.
Whether through our delivery of the National Centre for Excellence in Teaching of Mathematics, our Quality Assurance provision to the National Tutoring Program or a range of further programmes, we are dedicated to empowering the world of education.
We are actively pursuing further tenders and opportunities with DfE and are seeking a Contracts Coordinator to play a crucial role in the delivery of one of our opportunities within the adult numeracy and education evaluation space in the UK.
This role is contingent upon Tribal being awarded the contract with DfE, and so we are seeking to engage talented individuals who will help ensure we are ready to mobilise the project rapidly and support the delivery team.
The Role
Having secured this program of work, a key role that we will require will be that of Contracts Coordinator, responsible for establishing the end-to-end commercial contracting mechanisms nationally with a range of learning providers, in order for multiple Randomised Control Trials (RCTs) to proceed.
Key areas of responsibility for this role will be:
Lead on engaging a range of providers across England in understanding the RCTs, and what the commercial realities/incentives are for providers to participate
Take ownership and drive implementation forwards for establishing a new national framework, with commissioning for new trials achieved vial individual call-offs
Take ownership and drive forwards the overall contract management system established for the project
Work with the project leadership team to ensure that provider contracts explicitly reflect trial-specific milestones, to which provider payments are linked
Ensuring that all project commitments are completed to a high standard
Ensuring that programme KPIs/SLAs are achieved and that we deliver the project on time and to budget, achieving Tribal's commercial targets for the contract
Build and manage strong and effective working relationships with all stakeholders, including remote teams of internal colleagues and external partners
Line management of key members of the project contracts management team
We are interested in hearing from experienced procurement professionals who have a strong track record designing and managing commercial frameworks which engage large volumes of suppliers.
