  • Proficient in computer skills, including typing and the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
  • Knowledge of proper phone etiquette and customer service principles
  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is desired
  • Familiarity with data entry processes and procedures
  • Knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is a plus
