'''Responsibilities'''- Oversee daytoday operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in working order
- Manage and organize office files and documents, both physical and digital
- Assist with data entry and record keeping using computerized systems
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Provide support to the management team as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Proficient in computer skills, including typing and the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
- Knowledge of proper phone etiquette and customer service principles
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is desired
- Familiarity with data entry processes and procedures
- Knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is a plus
