    Description

    Experienced AOG Export and Import Professionals Wanted

    We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team at Freightserve, a well-established Freight Forwarder based in the Heathrow area.

    Job Description:

    • AOG Shipments - From Start to Finish

    Export Responsibilities:

    1. Preparing Export Consignments: Ensure all consignments depart from the UK according to client requirements.
    2. Monitoring Compliance: Handle and monitor consignments, adhering to company policies.
    3. Document Completion: Complete MAWB's, HAWB's, and NES Customs entries.
    4. Issuing Documents: Issue consignment security letters and airline lodge paperwork.
    5. Overseas Coordination: Deal with overseas agents.
    6. Customer Service: Handle telephone enquiries efficiently.

    Import Responsibilities:

    1. Customs Entries: Complete import customs entries.
    2. Liaising with Airlines: Coordinate with Airlines, GSA's, and Handling Agents.
    3. Global Partnerships: Deal with overseas agents.

    All Hours and Shifts Required

    $45,000 - $60,000 per annum
