We are looking for an innovative Software Engineer to join our Instrument Software team. This role involves working on the continuous evolution and improvement of an industry-leading DNA sequencing technology.

Other responsibilities include:

Delivering robust, welltested, highly efficient productionlevel implementations of innovative software
Developing and designing new components and features
Continually working to improve existing production code bases
Enthusiastically promoting and adopting best practices in software development

What We're Looking For...
We'll expect you to have significant software development experience, ideally in a commercial or industrial setting.

You will have:

Expertise in modern Python
Knowledge of good software development techniques and practices
Relevant STEM degree, or equivalent experience

You should relish working as part of a team with diverse skills and backgrounds in a dynamic environment. You'll need strong interpersonal skills with the ability to discuss technical matters with non-technical colleagues.
