Our client is a manufacturer and distributor of hair and beauty products in the UK and Europe, they are looking for a Social Media Executive (ideally French speaking) to join their team to help develop and grow the connection between their products and customers.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Support the marketing team with all the client's social media presence. You will work across 89 social media accounts in English and French and create engaging and informative content.
  • Work with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional and campaign activities (new product launches, campaigns, and promotions)
  • Support the Marketing and Digital Manager in developing innovative strategies to reach defined audiences
  • Capture and edit multifaceted photography and video content in line with our marketing strategy for all our social media channels
  • Build video content that aligns with the digital strategy and house style, focusing on short form trending content
  • Schedule and publish social content on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and TikTok
  • Respond to customers' enquiries and comments on social media to enhance customer experience, brand and product awareness
  • Continuously use data analysis to improve our social presence and increase social perforce and drive overall website traffic
  • Assist in the maintenance and improving performance of social paid and social shopping ads

To be considered for this amazing role you will need the following:

  • Minimum two years' experience as a commercial social media executive
  • Track record of growing and engagement through own ideas and individual management of social accounts
  • Be a natural storyteller and passionate about social media and content capture
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and French, able to produce excellent written copy
  • Knowledge of photo and video editing as well as basic graphic design
  • Knowledge of scheduling platforms and Meta Business Suite
  • Knowledge of GDPR and IP limitations and requirements for social media usage
  • Great organisational skills and ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
  • Actively follows brands, trends and influencers on social media
  • Degree in Digital Marketing, Brand Management or Media & Communications desirable
