Fox Morris Group are currently working to recruit a
Private Sector Supply & Projects Officer. This is a
full-time role, on a
6 month+ contract.

This is a Hybrid Role
with up to two days working from home.

Rate:
£18.00-£20+ per hour (negotiable dependant on experience)


Hours:36 per week

  • Have experience in tenancy management, estate management, void inspections AND/OR identifying Category 1 and 2 hazards.

Role responsibilities

  • Carrying out inspections; identifying disrepair,
  • Responding to formal complaints and queries,
  • Liaising with the providers of temporary accommodation on behalf of tenants.
