FP&A Manager - Refresco UK - based Kegworth Head Office (just off M1 J24).

Refresco, the world's largest independent soft drinks manufacturer, seeks a passionate, agile, commercially astute,
FP&A Manager to play a leading role within the Refresco UK Finance function, to implement, develop and providecommercial financial analysis on business performance and KPI's, giving data driven commercial insights to aid decision making. You will manage the forecast, planning and reporting cycle and all associate submissions to Refresco Group Finance, based in Rotterdam,Netherlands, and you will be the primary point of contact for Group Finance on any UK queries in relation to those submissions relating to UK business performance.

About the Role

You will report to the Business Unit Controller (Finance) and will directly manage a Finance Analyst, who will focus on reporting.

Here are some of your key tasks and responsibilities as FP&A Manager:

Work and build strong relations with the UK Site General Managers, Supply Chain, Commercial, Procurement, and Finance colleagues to analyse and understand detail of business performance, and distil this information down in to clear, agreed, information tobe communicated to the business.
Develop and improve the reporting suite capability, accuracy and speed of delivery, including introducing automation where needed, to further drive business performance.
Manage the delivery of the month end process, on behalf of the wider finance team, ensuring on time delivery of accurate, high quality reporting and analysis at month end.
Manage on time delivery of reporting packs to Group Finance, including the Monthly Board Pack.
Develop and grow weekly operational vreporting suite for key efficiency KPI's, providing commentary and guidance for the reader to turn in to action.
Manage and develop Finance Analyst.
Present monthly/quarterly management reporting to the Business Unit Controller and Finance Director.
Own the 3 Year Plan annual planning and quarterly forecasting process, including all outputs.
Support implementation of new SAP S4 financial and business system, identifying opportunities for enhanced reporting.
Import / export reporting best practices from/to other Refresco Business Units.

About You

You are going to need to be commercially minded, able to ask the poignant questions of your stakeholders, to understand the detail about business performance and why KPI's are being exceeded or not.

You need to be highly analytical and able to draw out the key arguments and back this up with detail, facts and insights so that you can provide a robust, consistent playbook to Group Finance.

You will need to be confident with technology and systems - from Excel to SAP to Power BI.

You will be an experienced, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent qualified commercial finance professional who has worked in a similar role, ideally with experience of working within FMCG, or a related industry sector.

You will be a great communicator, and adept at building/maintaining positive relationships with your key stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
