Are you a Fully Qualified Teacher? (Holding QTS)

Do you have experience working with speech and language needs?

About the role

We are currently looking for a fully qualified teacher who holds UK QTS or equivalent NARIC, with experience teaching students with speech and language communication needs.

You will be working with primary aged students who have an EHCP statement of DevelopmentalLanguage Disorder (DLD) which affects their ability to communicate or understand communication with others.

You will plan and deliver varied lessons that are adaptable for students needs as well as running interventions in phonics and a variety of speech andlanguage development methods.

You will be ably supported by 2 learning support assistants within the class.

Students spend some of their time in the mainstream classroom also so you may spend time in mainstream classrooms assisting other class teachers toeffectively deliver lessons to students with speech and language needs.
