Join Our Team as an Automotive Service Advisor


Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service in the automotive industry? We're looking for a skilled Service Advisor to join our client's dynamic team.


Responsibilities:


  • Take Service Department bookings and ensure efficient workshop loading.
  • Meet and greet service customers, identifying their needs and requirements.
  • Keep customers updated on technical issues and service progress.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling products and services to enhance customer experience.

Skills And Qualifications:


  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor is essential.
  • Proficiency in Kerridge, 1link, Pinnacle systems, or similar DMS System is preferred.
  • Motivated by achieving sales targets with confidence in upselling.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced service department environment.
Hold a full clean UK Driving Licence.


Job Types:

Salary:
£28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
