Duties include:

Coordinating appointments to meet customer requirements
Monitoring Service Level Agreements daily
Updating systems
Sending quotations
Working Monday-Friday 8.30am5.30pm and 1 in 4 weekends 8.30am4.30pm with 2 days off in lieu, weekend work can be either in the office or working from home once trained
