Duties include:

  • Coordinating appointments to meet customer requirements
  • Monitoring Service Level Agreements daily
  • Updating systems
  • Sending quotations
  • Working Monday-Friday 8.30am5.30pm and 1 in 4 weekends 8.30am4.30pm with 2 days off in lieu, weekend work can be either in the office or working from home once trained
