Finance Business Partner | Interim | London | Hybrid | £250 per day (Umbrella)
For a social welfare charity based in London, we are recruiting an interim Finance Business Partner.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role will support a range of stakeholders from Donors to managers within the charity.

This role will allocate costs,prepare financial information, budgets, forecasts, and monthly reports. The Interim Finance Business Partner will develop robust finance plans and make recommendations for performance improvements. This is an interim role which could lead to a permanent position.

What you'll be doing:

Ensure timely production of management accounts, ensuring insightful commentary
Using financial models to provide insightful information to stakeholders
Monthly and quarterly allocations of costs
Adjustments, prepayments, deferred income, and accruals
Developing financial plans and forecasts
Coordinating the budgets and forecasting production for directorates, providing insight and challenge
Reporting to and delivering financial information reporting to Donors and supporting with new contracts and bid renewals.

What you'll offer us:

Partqualified with equivalent experience, ideally from the charity or nonprofit sector
Experience of business planning, forecasting, and budgeting
Experience of management accounting processes, budget reviews and variance analysis
Excellent financial modelling and forecasting experience
Confident, proactive, and strong negotiation skills to work collaboratively across the charity
