ABOUT THE ROLE

Peloton Studios operates 365 days a year to deliver both a broad offering of highly engaging subscription content and world-class boutique fitness offerings to our members.

We are looking for an experienced professional for an exciting front-facing position reporting to our Assistant Manager of Retail and Cafe, that has a strong passion to deliver outstanding customer service and hands-on people management.


YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • People Management tasks etc. interviewing, hiring and onboarding of new team members
  • Scheduling and PTO management
  • Compliancy of POS systems and PCI compliance.
  • Visual Merchandising of all areas to maximize sales opportunities. Adhere to lookbooks and ensuring the space is always at the standards required
  • Responsible for all saleable items to be loaded to CMS in a timely manner
  • Work on elevating the current offering and always looking for opportunities to grow
  • Cafe menu to be updated to reflect offering available along with seasonal changes
- syncing with global team for consistency

  • Manage inventory and weekly ordering, maximising profit and responding to member feedback
  • Be mindful on wastage and a champion for limiting this, monitoring wastage reports
  • Be environmentally conscious about packaging and opportunities in cafe
  • Ensure team are fully accountable for all open and close checks, updating these when necessary and reporting any discrepancies
  • Work alongside Events ASM to eventise the spaces. Championing events that utilise local and minority businesses.
  • Cover Duty Manager shifts as required

RETAIL SPECIFIC

  • Provide sales direction and guidance to the retail team to inspire and enable them to support our member experience across the studio
  • Identify areas for development in individual sales specialist's performance and train accordingly
  • Develop and nurture a customercentric culture among your team by leading by example
  • Network and coordinate with key individuals and businesses in the local community to promote Peloton and drive sales
  • Maximize sales through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and merchandise presentation
  • Ability to communicate upward and within your team. Feedback member requests, best sellers, areas of opportunity.
  • Adhere to corporate directed processes regarding store operations (including but not limited to merchandise display and physical inventory)
  • Strong operational skills (including payroll management, staffing, supplies, and maintenance/cleanliness of showroom)
  • Develop a deep knowledge and understanding of Peloton's products and brand image

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • Experience in hospitality, events, luxury sales, retail and/or customer service
  • Experience in F&B is preferred
  • Ability to build genuine, longlasting relationships with both customers and team members
  • Focused on providing a highquality product and service
  • Ability to promote team members to perform Peloton standards
  • Willingness to lead other team members and act as a role model
  • Professional mentality and demeanor
  • Able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, holidays, early morning and lateevening weekdays, adapting to meet the needs of the business.
