Responsibilities:
Take charge of cost tracking and invoicing, maintaining precise records and addressing any discrepancies promptly.
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and process bill payments to ensure timely disbursements.
- Utilise Excel and QuickBooks for data entry, backup, and reporting, ensuring the integrity of financial data.
- Prepare and issue invoices, track project costs, and diligently follow up on outstanding payments.
- Collaborate with team members and provide support in pricing calculations and financial assessments.
- Assist with endofyear tax return preparation and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.
- Proven experience in administrative or finance roles, demonstrating proficiency in bookkeeping responsibilities.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks for data entry, reporting, and financial management.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage and reconcile financial data.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Familiarity with tax return information and financial reporting will be advantageous.
