Your New Job Title:
Mandarin speaking Finance Manager (Banking)

The Skills You Need:
Fluent Mandarin and English. Fully qualified, with solid Accountant experience in Banking / Insurance / Finance industries in the UK

Your New Salary:
£60-80k depending on experience + bonus

Location:
Central London

Report to:
Head of Finance

What You'll be Doing Each Day:
Financial Accounting Expenses management and review;

Internal accounts (Fixed assets, prepayment and accruals, receivables and payables, etc) management and review;
Nostros accounts reconciliations and review;
Monthly/Quarterly/Annual financial reports preparation and review;
General ledger maintenance and review;
Review Financial accountant prepared works

Regulatory Reporting Regulatory reporting to CBRC and review;

Regular reports to Head Office relevant departments and review;
Regulatory reports to BOE/PRA/FCA;
Taxation returns and review, including Corporation Tax return, VAT return, AEOI etc;
Review Financial accountant prepared works

System Maintenance and Development Major systems implementation, testing and maintenance;

Major system parameters maintenance and enhancement;
System and project development;

Other Responsibilities Liaising with internal/external audit;

Branch budget management operating expense and capital expenditure;
Assist in project and policy review;
Ad hoc requirements/projects;
The role may from time to time be required to undertake additional or other duties as necessary to meet the needs of the bank's business/operation.

The skills you need to succeed:

Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English
Fully Qualified accountant, eg. ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent
Relevant Accounting experience in UK Banking / Insurance / Finance industries. Experience in a small foreign bank would be an advantage
Degree holder or above
Selfstarter, attention to details, willing to work in a fast paced small finance team with a positive attitude
