Description
Seeking an experienced Operations Administrator/PA for landmark organisation in central Truro. This role is being offered on a fixed term contract of 9-12 months to cover maternity.

Part Time hours of 28 per week to be worked flexibly and may include some evening and weekend hours on occasion.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Administration of third
  • party events taking place in the throughout the business to include a restaurant and outdoor spaces.
  • Management of space booking systems.
  • Host and first point of contact for all space bookings, ensuring all customer requirements are met.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely billing of all thirdparty customers.
  • Effective oversight and management of office functions including the allocation and monitoring of resources.
  • Management of the office reception area.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider executive team including assistance with some special services and memberships.
  • Ensuring the safe, effective and reliable day to day operation of all IT systems, throughout the business and associated buildings.
  • Administrative support for key governance meetings, taking and producing accurate & concise meeting minutes.

General duties

  • Attend and participate in training courses as directed.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Take a positive and active part in the company's annual appraisal/review system.
  • Uphold the company values.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as are necessary for the smooth running of the business.
