Trust Housing Association has a fantastic opportunity for two
Care & Support Worker (HCW) - Older People to join our existing team based at
West Lodge Gardens, Alloa. You will join us on a
part-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a
competitive hourly rate of £11.15 to £11.56 per hour.

In return for your enthusiasm and commitment as our Care & Support Worker (HCW) - Older People, we will offer you:

and 21.5 hours per week working over a 2-week rolling rota working alternate weekends (Shift between pm and 3-10pm)- Paid training and access to vocational qualification- Generous holiday entitlement- Paid PVG check- Paid Professional Membership, including SSSC

Trust Housing Association is a national housing, support and care provider, offering a range of accommodation and support services. Primarily serving older people in our communities we also provide housing for families and individuals. We have over 3,600 households across the length and breadth of Scotland, from the Highlands and Islands all the way down to the Borders.


What we're looking for in our Care & Support Worker (HCW) - Older People:
Our housing care service at Alloa provides housing support, personal care and a meals service. Here at West Lodge Gardens, we support our tenants with a variety of different care needs.

You'll be working with our tenants to ensure that they receive the support and personal care identified in individual care plans, making it possible for our tenants to continue enjoying as much independent living as they're able.

It'll be rewarding looking after those who rely on the support and dedication you'll bring to this important role as not only will you get a great sense of achievement but in return you can expect excellent training and working in a positive enjoyable environment.


Skills and experience we're looking for in our Care & Support Worker (HCW) - Older People:

Ideally, you will have an appropriate qualification in Health & Social Care and previous experience of working with older people or other vulnerable members of a community, so you will understand their needs and know how to meet these.
