Are you on the look out for a new job where you go home every day know you've made a difference? We're looking for someone like you to join our amazing #TeamCrudenlea in Stonehaven on a full-time, permanent (39 hours per week) basis.


The Role


You'll become part of a friendly, fun team who supports ten individuals, all with various disabilities and additional support needs to live in their shared home.

There's never a dull moment at Crudenlea, so if you're looking for a job where it's different every day, then this is the role for you


The main focus of your role will be support the individuals with all aspects of their daily living, including, shopping, finances, meal preparation, housework and personal care.


We are looking to build on our existing activities programme, so part of your role will involve organising, coordinating and delivering fun, engaging activities within the home and out and about in the local community.


You'll also support the individuals with their hobbies and interests too so will find yourself enjoying time at the cinema and theatre, going to the football to watch Aberdeen FC, getting creative in the kitchen and various other indoor and outdoor activities too.


About you


At Cornerstone, we don't recruit on experience and qualifications; we're more interested in what you as a person will bring to our team We'll pay you for your training and give you all the practical skills to be successful in your new role.


We'll even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification and yearly SSSC registration fees too

All well need you to bring is: -

  • A caring and compassionate attitude
  • The ability to work well in a team
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Confidence in the use of computers

Please note - if you don't live in Stonehaven, we would need you to have access to your own vehicle due to shift times and reliability of public transport.


Shift Patterns


As we're dedicated to providing the best support, tailored to the needs of each individual the shifts will usually fall into patterns of , , hours, sleepovers, weekends and public holidays.

Our sleepovers don't form part of your contracted hours, you'll receive an additional payment of
£87 for every sleepover shift you work
