Description

This role will support the journey of moving from a complex system landscape in Europe to Oracle Fusion (HCM) incrementally in the region whilst ensuring a clear understanding of the required Oracle global and regional standard processes, governance and target operating model.

You will develop and implement a change board for Europe to ensure alignment and standardization, working closely with Regional HR Leadership, global IT and policy owners to ensure systems are managed effectively and changes are managed through effective and easy to use processes.

The position is a key partner to the Senior Directors - People Operations & Change Systems and Integration Europe, the CoE and Cluster Leads and directly supports the HR operating model for Europe by driving the effective management of systems in line with the TOM & Vision across the region.

The role works with huge complexity of data sources across multiple geographies and is required to simplify and standardise management of core and developing systems for the region in line with all stakeholders.

The role will be responsible for developing the customer centric processes, procedures for system management in line with global/regional needs while driving an organization that embraces a culture of inclusion and diversity.


About the role

How you will contribute

  • Work with Senior Director
  • Change Systems and Integration, Project Managers and Policy Lead to understand the self service potential regionally and by country.
  • Understand, unpick and design fit for purpose system change processes within the region (in collaboration with global) ensuring that processes notify all required and are clear and available to those that need to utilise them.
  • Work to create effective processes and knowledge to manage system access and user queries for Oracle pan Europe, building self service support as appropriate.
  • Understand the capability of Oracle Fusion HCM Helpdesk and propose options in relation to utilisation of the product in considering all categories of user; Oracle, non Oracle, language requirements etc.
  • Work with CS&E Manager to support the design of fit for purpose.
  • Customer Guides, Training and Communications across all users and countries.
  • FAQ's with responses within the product to enable AI learning and overlay of products such as "Journey's".
  • Business Governance reporting and management; tracking and measurement, SLA's, Customer Satisfaction.
  • Team Training and Development structures, systems and implementation.

What you will bring

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, labor relations, business, or a field related to the position or similar.
  • 2+ years business analysis and project management experience.
  • Experience of working with, and gaining trust and cooperation, of colleagues in a complex, multi language matrix environment.
  • Strong customer service focus, always looking at things from the customers perspective.
  • Experience of the development of system management, query and improvement processes.
  • Experience of continuous improvement/alignment of HR services or similar.
  • Experience of the design and implementation of imaging and workflow systems and services in complex organisations with legacy terms and conditions.
  • Excellent understanding of the design development and implementation of systems to gain maximum efficiency.
  • Strong process, data and systems orientation.
