Reporting to the TAT Operations Manager, the Training Analyst Team Leader will work with the TUI Airline Training team, to oversee, manage and report on pilot & cabin crew training records & training performance data conducted by TAT ATO & TUI Group AOCs.
In addition, the role will coordinate and ensure the efficient management of training data IT systems used for gathering, analysing, recording & tracking training events and analysing performance standards.
This role will create common processes and systemsthat maintain compliant crew training records & performance data analysis across the TUI Airline in the day-to-day operation and individual projects.
This role is required to manage, coordinate and propose updates to the IT systems that are used by all Instructors & Examiners across TUI which are used to gather training data and evaluate training performance.
The Training Analyst will use & present trainingdata to assist the process that evaluates future training needs and produce analytical data that may be required for different training stakeholders.
This role will work with training stakeholders in the group airlines through agreed service level agreements (SLA) and work together with the Digital Training Manager to develop a single group wide training IT system for ATO & AOCs that will manage common trainingdata.
This role will work with the TUI ATO and across the AOCs to implement a common efficient, reliable and complaint training data retention, analysis and recording system.
This role can be undertaken on a hybrid working model in line with local TUI office requirements for remote working.
There will be a small requirement to travel on average once per month to our other market locations.Applications close 12 February 2023
ABOUT THE JOB
**- Be responsible to the TAT Operations Manager for the overall oversight and coordination of common group wide electronic crew training recording systems.
- Be responsible for the line management, development and support of the Training Analyst
- Create analysis of training data that gives the background information (the story behind the data) of performance as well as data
- Manage the production and maintenance of common etraining templates within training systems for the recording of all training activities
- Drive commonality across TUI Airline for recording and maintaining pilot & cabin crew training performance data
- Maintain oversight of regional AOC crew records databases, working with local teams, as required, to ensure group wide commonality and efficiency
- Work closely with the TAT Digital Training Manager, TUI IT departments and external providers to keep the training IT systems used for data gathering running effectively
- Work proactively to improve the training IT systems used for training data gathering & analysis and ensure they are integrated into other company planning systems including systems such as IDPS
- Provide analysis of training performance data as required by TAT and the regional Heads of Training. This will include the provision of suitable data for ATQP/EBTA analysis, Safety Review Boards and Safety Actions Groups, audits and compliance activitiesfor AOC & ATO through agreed SLA
- Oversee the access and provision of training data to analyse individual pilot and cabin crew performance as required by regional training managers through agreed SLA
- Liaise with internal and external suppliers to lead key projects and new system changes relating to the TAT Training Data
ABOUT YOU
**- A proven track record in working with IT systems and data management Job

- Experienced in analysing data
- Good understanding of spoken and written English is essential
- Have the ability to operate with multiple business customers and manage key stakeholders
- An effective communicator with the proven ability to influence others, develop a strong network of contacts and gain support and commitment from line managers
- Ability to use analytical tools to measure, manage and provide data which will monitor aircrew performance
- IT literate including use of Microsoft product portfolio
- Ability to think commercially and coordinate across departments
- Selfmotivated with the ability to use initiative and work collaboratively
- A logical thinker with the ability to generate ideas and alternatives
- Demonstrable ability to clearly understand concepts verbally and in written documentation
- Be a strong team leader, able to motivative, mentor and develop their team
- Experience working within an aircrew training environment/coordinating aircrew training or records/aviation regulatory knowledge
