Description

Our client is looking for a SHEQ Advisor to provide assistance with regards to the management of safety, health and environment and quality issues and support the SHEQ Manager.

This role is for an initial 2-3 months contract but has the potential to be accepted

Main responsibilities include:

Assist and advise the operational and management team to further develop the management systems and operational practices.
Supporting the management and operational teams in their line management responsibility for safety, health, environmental and quality.
Advise on a range of specialist areas, e.g. risk assessments, risk management, fire regulations, hazardous substances, noise, safeguarding machinery and occupational health, etc.
Providing support implementing safety, health, environmental and quality management systems
Assist on incident management & oversee investigation process, ensuring that the investigations produced by line management are of sufficient quality and completed within prescribed timescales.
