Main Tasks and Responsibilities


The CRM Specialist will be responsible for project management of the marketing delivery of the Live Casino marketing promotions and communications, working across a range of teams within the business (including Design, Copy, Retention and Marketing Communications, Product & Branding) to effectively execute all of our retention, conversion and reactivation campaigns.


  • Good understanding (ideally) of the broader igaming market, with a passion for the industry and desire to grow with the company
  • Experience in CRM Retention and content marketing. (newsletters, podcasts, social media posts, and videos)
  • Knowledge about all of these forms of content that provides useful and relevant information for users/customers and attracts them to the brand.

Competitive Intelligence:

Monitor the marketplace, competitive landscape, industry trends, and third part data sources to constantly identify new marketing opportunities and / or potential threats.


  • Campaign Analysis & Delivery: Responsible for planning and optimising the display, video/social campaigns, overseeing budgets and pacing to ensure we are delivering against objectives positive return on investment and making spend decisions based on performance and deliverables that we have agreed with the business and with our partners.
  • Proactively bringing up proposals for new activities, tests, new channels and ways or working are key success criteria for this role.
  • Reporting responsible for reporting and sharing of reports across key stakeholders, partners and agencies. Ensure a regular cadence of reporting is followed.
  • Responsible for managing the Online Media Exec and managing their performance and progression. Establish and improve ways of working and processes and ensure they are adopted across the team and followed day in day out.

Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to be able to communicate effectively with all levels within the business (Turkish preferably)
  • Selfstarter and motivation to improve things and identify improvement areas and solutions on how to fix them
  • Strong analytical / reporting skills with the ability to make datadriven business decisions (a high level of proficiency in the use of MS Excel required)
