Description

We are seeking to recruit a motivated assistant with great customer service skills, who would like to work in a forward thinking property law environment.

You will be part of the team supporting customers through their initial journey in house buying and selling whilst working with conveyancers to provide a better home moving experience for all.

Role to include:

Initial enquiries and quotation management
Onboarding clients including accurate collection of data and documentation
Monitoring portals for collection of identification, financial information and mortgage offers
Accessing third party systems for the retrieval of documentation and uploading to our case management system
Scanning and uploading incoming information and documentation to our case management system
Submitting search requests, collating results and uploading to our case management system
Utilising case management for the best customer experience
Taking calls and messages and forwarding/noting as appropriate
Supporting conveyancers within our environment
Liaising and updating clients, conveyancers and third parties as required
Dealing with other administrative duties as identified from time to time to facilitate the accuracy and speed of the transaction
Providing regular feedback on user experience to enable further improvements to the service and systems
