The role....

  • Working in a busy events team working on B2B events, conferences and awards.
  • Assisting with the coordination of face to face and virtual events
  • Publishing continous events schedule online
  • Assist in producing course materials
  • Assist in producing material for marketing of events
  • Assist in the production of annual awards
  • Communicate with delegates
  • Work in collaboration with your team
  • Managing event Data
  • Analyse CRM data
  • Cleanse data from previous campaigns

The role.....

  • Background in event production and coordination
  • B2B events, conferences, training and awards
  • Skills across; Event conception to running the events on the day
  • Understanding of event data from; mailshots, events and projects
  • Analytical and process driven
  • Intermediate EXCEL
