Are you passionate about providing exceptional administrative support in a fast-paced environment? South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority is seeking a dedicated and efficient individual to join us as an Administrative Support Officer in the Mayor's Office.


As the Administrative Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of the Mayor's Office.

You'll provide comprehensive and efficient administrative services, enabling the office to function effectively amidst high-pressure demands.

You will support the day-to-day operations of the Mayor's Officer, contributing to the smooth running of functions and activities.

You'll Deliver proactive administrative and operational support to the Mayoral team, facilitating the execution of their duties with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Mayoral invitations efficiently, ensuring timely responses
  • Preparation and printing of the Mayor's day pack
  • Freedom of Information research
  • Maintaining registers
  • Taking proactive measures to track actions and milestones, contributing to the efficient execution of tasks within the Mayor's Office.
