About You -


They are looking for a Data Quality Analyst that can support and contribute to the continuous evolution of the data quality lifecycle practices.

This will include capturing metadata and managing data aligned with the Data Quality Lifecycle (origination,definition, lineage, ownership, and any associated business rules).

You'll be working closely with the Senior Data Quality Analysts in the assessment and build of rules, Catalogues, and definitions.


Role Accountabilities -

  • Evaluate data elements to identify and ensure all potential risks (financial, people, regulatory and operational) are managed and mitigated effectively through escalation points
  • Accurate data profiling, observation reports will be generated and made available to data owners, working collaboratively with Senior Data Quality Analysts
  • Assessment and Acquisition of metadata onto the data management tool ensuring accuracy and appropriate steps to ensure quality including peer review
  • Profiling large datasets using the Data Management tool to determine data quality and integrity
  • Develop and maintain data management dashboards working with the wider team to generate ideas and that generate visibility of Data Quality across the dimensions

Experience and Skills -

  • Proficiency in SQL and strong analytical skills
  • Experience working with databases and Data Warehouses
  • Experience working with Data Management, Data Governance, or Data Quality Technology
  • Experience of data quality and information management lifecycles
  • Awareness of data privacy and data risk
  • Knowledge of financial services, investment management and associated regulation
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and analyse complex business processes and technologies to make sound recommendations to nontechnical individuals
  • Advanced problemsolving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
